Shipping Methods

Shipping Policy

We aim for delivery of all orders within ten (10) working days. Orders are delivered by Courier Post and, upon confirmation of shipping, we will send you a confirmation email with a link or Track & Trace number for your package.

e-Farm Supply will ship anywhere in New Zealand excluding Stewart Island. We do not currently accept overseas orders.

If an item is out of stock and must be ordered you will be advised so you can elect to have a split shipment or cancel the order. You will not be charged additional freight for split shipments.

Order and Delivery

Shipping is as follows:

• $10 per unit to the South Island
• $15 per unit to the North Island

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.

The delivery cost for your order is displayed in the “Estimate Shipping” panel when viewing your shopping cart.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees for larger items.

Please note deliveries to the Islands (Kawau, Waiheke etc) may incur additional costs.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. We aim to deliver your items as soon as possible but dispatch times indicated are subject to change.

Delivery and transit times do not include Public Holidays or weekends.
